SPA5xx Call History error on transferred calls

Hi Everybody,

We have a strange issue with transferred calls on SPA5xx phones, using Asterisk as IP-PBX, the situation is the following in brief:

(Let's say A is an average user, B is like an assistant, C is a manager.)

A calls B - CallerID (name and number) is displayed correctly on both

B then transfers (attended) the call to C - C sees B as caller first, when transfer is finished, CallerID (name and number) gets updated correctly

Somebody hangs up, call is finished.

But..

When C checks Call History, it shows CallerID Number of B, with CallerID name of A.

Therefore..

If C calls B back, the CallerID resolution will use Call History (this one cannot be changed, and is not really well-documented, as I saw), so it shows the wrong name.

Did anybody face the same issue?

I see a lot of discussions about callerID handling in SPA phones, have a bad feeling about this, Houston.. =)
