One of our customers reported few probems regarding SPA9000, has anynone encountered such behaviour and/or know what can be done in order to make it work? I've attached the SPA9000 config.
Problem1. Inbound call after dtmf signal and AA script is not swich to proper internal number.
Internal Number 11 (SPA921) is in conflict with no "1" - the info about open hours company. When I mannualy instert 1 into AA Dial Plan on System Tab. The inboud call is NOT swich to number 11 ( SPA921). When I delete manualy from dial plan "1" the calls are forwarded to 11 but info about open hours is not available. How to combine this two things ?
I suppose that solution to this problem would be using different internal phone numbers..?
Problem2. Forward Calls.when busy on SPA921 is not working. When not answer and single forward works but when busy not :(
When inbound calls is arraving and this function is enable - the line is crash and spa921 reset automaticly :( Before crashing lines and reset I can hear some noise - probably this noise is trasnmited from caller. So in my opinion the caller is on switched to the same line witch is uses by operator. How to change it ?
Probelm3. The Spa921 after crash (reset) or/and switching the power supply loose thearrangments. :(eg . The Cfwd when not answer lose number and put from somewhere vmm set !! :(
