My Environment

SPA400 (Firmware Version: 1.1.2.2 with USB 120Mb key) = IP 192.168.1.5/24

Re: SPA9000 + SPA400 = SPA502G msg SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Hi Renato

If you used the setup wizard then reconfigure the phone in client stations through the wizard.

If that doesnt work back up the config and factory reset and try again.

The other thing to check is that you dial plan on the phone is set the same as the other handsets.

Hope this helps

Michael

Re: SPA9000 + SPA400 = SPA502G msg SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Hi Michael,

tks for reply; our customer found that SPA9000 cannot found SPA502 through the wizard and then manualy he set the phone field "Mailbox ID". Now it works!

* too many problems with theat wizard...

If you do not record 'grettings' for your mailbox, users cannot leave a message for you!!! It seems 'by design' in SPA400.

In my vision, the SPA9000 Wizard is to struggle and confuse also!!!!!
