SPA9000 / SPA400 / SPA962 / SPA941 / SPA941 don´t transfer the call!

Hi again!!

When i call the spa400 take the call you dial the ext. and the call cuts off!!

I reset the full system, i reconfigure it with wizard 2.1.0.0 and still the same problem.

so any ideas?
