SPA962 32-Key Attendant Console. Not updating status accurately

Hello, Can you help with the above mentioned problem? Our SPA9000 is running the most recent firmware and all the SPA962 and SPA922 phone are running the most current sw. If we reset the 962 fitted with the 32-key console, the status keys work fine for a little while.                       Also, our client is getting real irate about the fact that they cannot get call detail records from this system. Is there an option that we can install so that our client can have SMDR records from all the phones in their setup? Thanks Kind Regards,Mr. Pedro M Ariza Ariza Group of Companies

Dear Pedro;

Did you configure the system using the wizard?

In addition please note that in SPA9000, the line can be monitored only on one instance (the SPA932), so I assume you are not monitoring the same line on another phone, because it will cause an intermittent operation.

With regards of CDRs, we dont have any application for it as it is a very small system. You can get syslog information out of it, but I would say this is very far from CDRs.
