A new phone to the office has turned up and there is no admin level access on the web interface. You see the link to goto admin area but when clicked you get a web 403 error.
Can't update firmware
Have done numerous 'Factory resets' through menu system - no change
Looking for a 'manufacturer reset' option?
Ideas?
