I have a couple of questions around the timecard view functionality:

1. Is there anyway to clock in without being at a phone?

2. Can multiple people clock in on one phone?

Hey Vanessa!  In response to your questions:

1.  No, you must use a phone on the system to clock in/out of TimeCard View as this is designed a simple Small Business Time tracking application using the SBCS gear/phones.

2.  Yes, each time someone wants to clock in they are presented with a login for their ID & Password which they can use for any phone on the system, at least one with an active display (no paper-display phones like SPA501).
