UC not responding to SIP provider request

So this is the log fom Vitelity:

UC is trying to register and is not responding ( xx.xx.xx.xx - my ip)

Jul 25 15:36:48.141 PM xx.xx.xx.xx > 140.239.143.5 REGISTER sip:sip16.vitelity.net SIP/2.0

Jul 25 15:36:48.142 PM 140.239.143.5 > xx.xx.xx.xx SIP/2.0 100 Trying

Jul 25 15:36:48.142 PM 140.239.143.5 > xx.xx.xx.xx  SIP/2.0 401 Unauthorized

Jul 25 15:36:52.140 PM xx.xx.xx.xx > 140.239.143.5 REGISTER sip:sip16.vitelity.net SIP/2.0

Jul 25 15:36:52.140 PM 140.239.143.5 > xx.xx.xx.xx SIP/2.0 100 Trying

Can anyone shed some light? Everything worked fine for a yeart .. vitelity has no clue
