UC320 Problem with incomming calls when answered still having dial tone.

I have a uc320 when calls come in the users can pickup the call but there is still dial tone on the handset. Any suggestions?

Oh forgot to mention you are connected with the caller you can talk to them but there is still dial tone on the call with you.

Hi Terry,

How is the call routing configured on the system?   Topology?  SIP/FXO?

Also please check Call forwarding- this seems like a race condition where the phone is trying to seize a line at same time it answers inbound call.
