UC320 with 504g SLA Issues

I have installed a Cisco UC320 with several 504G Stations running the current firmware - 2.1.1

The SLA on one of the phone's shows that another user is constantly on the phone, even when they are not.  Is this a known bug?  Or has anyone experienced this issue.  Things will work correctly for a while after a system reset, but then the phones will stop updating the SLA status.  Eventually this will happen accross all four of the 504g's that we are using.

Hi Rodney;

This typically happens when the switch is blocking multicast traffic. Please check the storm control /security settings of the switch and disable multicast from it (storm control = broadcast only). Save/apply the config and the system should stabilize.

Thanks for the pointer Alberto,  I made the update and will monitor too see if that resolves out issue.
