UC320W with SPA303 + SPA501G can't record voicemail message

Hi all,

I have setup a network with a UC320W, 8x SPA303 and 1x SPA501G. All is working well except for the fact that no one can record unavailable messages. It basically does a beep, says thank you and the system hangs up the line.

I'm not sure what the issue seems to be, it was purchased Brand New in September 2012 but Cisco claims it has no more support and refuse to help.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.
