We are having problems when using the UC320W (Latest firmware) with a SRP527w (latest firmware) . When we use the SRP527W as a router and use the ADSL interface pings are lost and the network is flooded. Seems like a multicast problem. This does not occur when the 3G is used.
Have also tried with a SRP547W and this error does not occur.
Does anyone know if the SRP527W is supported with the UC320W.
After further investigation seems to be a spanning tree issue with the SRP527w as we are experiencing loss of pings and network connectivity.
It would help if you could describe how the network is connected together and which network topology you have selected in the UC320W. Also, when you say pings aren't working, where is the source and target on the topology?
UC320W WAN does not ping unless you install the PMF to enable WAN ping responses.
