UC320W won't overwrite "unavailable" message

Hi there, one of my clients has a new UC320W.  They had an Unavailable prompt recorded to let the caller know that no one was in the office at that time.  This past weekend, the receptionist re-recorded a different message to let callers know they would be closed Memorial Day weekend.  Memorial Day has come and gone, and she was going to record over that temporary message, but after she finishes and presses the button to save the new message, it acts fine, but the old message still plays when someone calls in.  I am a newbie on UC320, so please bear with me, I am used to ASA firewalls.  Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi,

You need to log into the voicemail box.  Delete the temporary greeting. Now the main recorded greetings will be played.  If a Temporary greeting exists it will take precedence over other greetings.
