Make sure that the source IP address of the SIP messages in your UC500 matches the IP address you set as your IP gateway in Exchange.

thanks..

the source ip is same as the IP gateway in exchange.

Is the UC500 the default gateway for the exchange server?

If not you need to put a route on the default gateway for the CUE subnet via the UC500 address.

You can also try pinging Exchange from Unity and Unity from Exchange to verify connectivity but that also depends on access-lists.

Otherwise setup a monitoring port on the switch and install wireshark on your workstation and do a capture.

the UC 500 is the default gateway for the exchange server.

Why create the user an account that talks directly to the CUE through IMAP?  That is the supported way to use it.  You also have the option of sending SMTP emails to your exchange server.
