1. What is the CTI 3rd party software you want to integrate into the UC-500?
2. Have you looked at Call Connector as a possible solution which is provided by Cisco?
3. What type of CTI integration are wanting to achieve? I.E what is you really want to do??
The more you can tell us the easier it is to answer and also try and give you the best answer, i understand that the vendor is being vague with you, but you need to try and not be vague with us otherwise we are flying just as blind as you are and most likely cant help you out properly.
