CCA is pretty good with veiwing and modifying dial plans, both in and out going.
You should know, that if you mix CLI config with CCA config, then you will not get TAC support coverage, should you need further assistance in the future. Its only one or the other, or you have Voice specialised certification.
A better alternative is that you give maintenance of your system to a reputable consultant, or UC certified Cisco partner, relieving yourself of frustration, much time loss, and getting fast and sure results.
