UC520 - Inbound calls get terminated at voicemail prompt
I can make inbound calls, outbound calls, call from one extension to another extension and leave voicemail at the extension.
Inbound call to SIP DID which is configured as secondary number of an extension --> no answer call forward to voicemail pilot # 500 --> hear personal greeting of voicemail box I am supposed to leave voice mail, then voicemail prompt '...... when you are finished, hang up..'. Calls get terminated at nearly the same point of the prompt every time. Error message from debug ... "cc_api_call_disconnected:Cause Value=102" and "Reason: Q.850;cause=86".

Would this be a timer issue or something else ? Thanks.
