UC520 - Inbound calls get terminated at voicemail prompt

Hi,

I can make inbound calls, outbound calls, call from one extension to another extension and leave voicemail at the extension.

Inbound call to SIP DID which is configured as secondary number of an extension --> no answer call forward to voicemail pilot # 500 --> hear personal greeting of voicemail box I am supposed to leave voice mail, then voicemail prompt '...... when you are finished, hang up..'. Calls get terminated at nearly the same point of the prompt every time. Error message from debug ... "cc_api_call_disconnected:Cause Value=102" and "Reason: Q.850;cause=86".

IOS Version 15.0(1)XA3a; CUE 8.0.2; CCA 2.2.5

Would this be a timer issue or something else ? Thanks.

The issue is that this 200 OK is not being ACKed:

You will need to investigate this from the device that this 200 OK is being sent to, to find out a) if they receive this 200 OK and b) why they aren't sending an ACK for it.
