UC520 SNR Site2site vpn

Hello.

I have a setup   with 4 locations all connected with site2site vpn at a customer ,

Location A : Has a ASA firewall and a uc520 + 1 phone

Location B : Has a ASA firewall + phones

Location C : Has a ASA firewall + phones

Location D : Has a ASA firewall + phones

everything is working as it should exept SNR.

In my desperation i tried using the CCA to configure SNR but here i get no phones to configure , i have attach't a picture.

I have configured SNR at our own office with out any problems.

Anybody who had the same problem?

Are you running the 8.0.2 software pack? There are known SNR bugs in the 7.1.x and the 8.0.0 software pack releases that have been fixed in 8.0.1 and later.

I'm running the 8.0.2 release at our office and at the customer site where it doesnt work..

IOS : Version 12.4(11r)XW3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
