UC520 Upgrade: Cannot retrieve CUE version information
I am having an issue with our internal UC520. I'm unable to update it with CCA due to this error. This happens when i try to submit the upgrade settings, then get this message. Happens regardless of whether I try to update All, IOS or CUE. I'm hoping someone can tell me what CCA is looking for so i can figure out why it can't find it. This system has been around for a long time, so it's been hacked quite a bit. If I can figure out what CCA is looking for, I can probably fix it. I checked my config against the default UC520 config, and all my integrated service engine, access list, etc, settings seem fine.
