When a call comes into Auto Attendant and caller makes selection there is a moment of silence and the call disconnects. This is on a SIP trunk from Vitelity. Any option the caller chooses (transfer by name, transfer by number, etc) the call drops. If I dial internally, everything works fine. It is only on external calls over the SIP trunk.
Any ideas? Thanks

Thank you! I tried searching and read many articles. Guess i used the wrong key words.
Maybe you could help me on another issue:
At another site. External SIP call comes into Auto Attendant. It does not recognize any DTMF. I have read this was an issue in older CCA but I am running the latest version of 8.2.
Thanks for your help.

I would suggest getting to know the IOS command line configuration method.
Using CCA inserts pages of verbose code that makes troubleshooting 100x harder.
But to answer your question, try playing with the sip service-moved temporarily option under voice service voip.
