When a call comes in, a receptionist will transfer the caller to the appropriate extension by presing the transfer key, then the extension, then transfer again.
The caller sometimes hears Moh for a couple seconds....then will hear a dialtone as if they have been hung up on. Unfortunately, people are hanging up and calling back in. This is creating quite the problem

Hello.
What happens if the receptionist transfers the call and hangs up, or presses end call instead of transfer again.
Thanks.

Hello Charlie. I see that the system has been running for 3-weeks. I would recommend saving the config and reloading the system to see if the problem persists after reboot.
