UC540 License Question

Hello, I want to know if the UC540 comes with 24 licenses (permanent) or If I Upgrade to Software Pack 8.2 the 24 licenses would be permanent, or the number increase?

Hello Roberto,

The UC540 loaded with Software Pack 8.2 (IOS 15.1(2)T4) will come with 24 permanent licenses.  Any UC540 loaded with a older Software Pack, will come with 8 permanent licenses.  If that unit is running an older Software Pack, and you then upgrade to 8.2, it will be automatically upgraded to 24 permanent licenses.
