we have just recevied the advance field trial of the New CCa nd Software Pack and were looking ot test it on our test system
We hace Uc540 ISDN in production and a spare on we got for testing, training our engineers.
Before trialing the new software pack on our produciton system I wanted to back up production and restore onto the test and then carry out the upgrade etc on the test box, If all goes well swap into prodcution and test for a few days before upgrading the produciton one and swapping abck
When I go to restore on the test system it fails and tells me to check the logs.
Where are these logs located for checking?
Also do I have ot have the test system at the same sfotware pack as production before restoring?
The prodcution system has an Vic2-4FXO card and the test system doesnt, does the test system have to have this hardware before accpeting the restore?
