UC560 and 8.6.1 Upgrade

Post upgrade (which all went successful), external calls or site to site calls from other UC540's have a longer than normal ring tone. A good 2 seconds longer than normal.  As well, when someone is on a call and another call comes in, the menu buttons at the bottom of the screen disappear!  I've done a number of these upgrades in the last 6 months or so, but not had this experience.  Has anyone gone through this?
