Hi
we have setup UC560 with ISDN line for external vocie calls and configuer the dial privilge as following
1-local calls destination-pattern 9[2-9]......
2-National calls destination-pattern 90[5-9]........
3-international calls destination-pattern 900[1-9]T
but the problem is that the user with national calls privilage can make interntional calls what can be wrong with the dial plan?

Hi Moe,
If you have configured the UC with CCA the you should configure the permissions under the outgoing dial plan tab and then apply them to the phones under user and extensions tab. You can see exactly how in the CCA 3.2 admin guide p.449 for assigning to the outgoing dial-plan and on p.333 how to assign them to the users.
If you configure using CLI then you should look for COR lists under CME the following link will provide more information:
and this one:

Hi Moe,
You have in the configuration two dial-peers
Dial peer 66
description **CCA*UAE*No block**
and
dial-peer voice 67 pots
description **CCA*UAE*No block**
These dialpeers are in your outgoing dialplan in CCA. Find them and remove them and check if this should work.

Alex
