UC560 dropping calls after failed transfer

Been having an issue at a client that I cannot figure out.  A call comes into a blast group, one of the phones picks up the call.  That person then hits transfer and the extension its supposed to go to, that person does not answer so they resume the original call.  After about 5 seconds the call is dropped from the phone.  Any suggestions where I should be looking?

What kind of trunks are you using?

If you're using an incoming SIP trunk, please can you post the output of a 'debug ccsip messages' and test?

A quick fix might be to disable SIP REFER and 302 redriection's on the SIP trunk FROM your service provider, if they don't support these messages

try - on the incoming dial-peer

no supplementary-service sip moved-temporarily
no supplementary-service sip refer

in any case, please provide more details.
