UC560 Issue

Hello, I'm working with UC560 and I have a doubt.

1.When you configuring the Voicemail, there's a way that I could add a label to show up when I dial the mail box extention, Instead the Extention number show the Name "Voicemail"

2.When I recived an incoming call via PSTN, and the IVR comes up with the opening gretting and someone dial a wrong extention, Do I need that call to be rebound for the opening gretting again, becasue right now the IVR is dropping the call.

1. Cannot change this currently.

2. Was the AA/IVR setup with CCA? It should re-route to the beginning of script if invalid entry is entered. How was the AA/IVR setup/configured?
