UC560 - non Cisco Switch Configuration

We installed a 560 with a linksys switch and the phones won't come up unless I use a ESW Cisco infront of the customer's switch.  Tech support said there are some configurations that need to be made to the customer switch in order to eliminate the ESW.

What are those configurations????

You are going to have to setup the Vlans on the switch manually.  By default, the UC560 is going to want to use Vlan 100 for the phones connected to that switch.
