Have a UC560 that is running 8.0.0. The caller-id is showing the number but not the name of the person that is calling from an outside line. They have a PRI from Windstream. Was wondering if anybody thinks this is a configuration issue on the UC560 or if it is an issue with the PRI provider.
There is a ISDN supplementary service command and others listed under the D-channel, that is automatically entered when the PRI is configured using CCA that will give you the caller ID functionality. I would call into Cisco SB support to verify if telco is sending the information required. Was the system configured using CCA or CLI?
The isdn supp-service line was not in the config. I have added this line in the config. Does this require a restart of the UC560 for it to become effective? I am not on-site and cannot verify if it is working yet and my client won't be in until 8:30am. Is there a debug that I can run to see if it is working?
