Have a question about the Mobility softkey on my phone. I have SNR reach setup in my UC560 so any calls to my DID or Ext ring my cell phone. If I do answer these calls from my desk phone, I am able to choose Mobility and then "send call to mobile phone" softkey. If I establish an outbound call, the "send call to mobile phone" option is misisng. Any way to fix this? I find this to be very inconsistant and seems like an issue to fix!
