I need to know whether UC560 supports two t1 lines.

Also i have to know whether UC560 supports two different offices with two TI lines.

Adeep,

The UC560 can support two T1 cards with no problems, just look for the part # (VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1)

The second part of the question will need some more clarification

Do you mean a another UC560 at the second office with multisite running or a small office (SR520) running a few phones back to the main office

Let me know

Have a great day

Dave

Adeep,

In response to your 2nd question.  I am assuming that you mean having 2 seperate businesses/offices behind the UC560, in one location.  If that is correct, you can do this, and have each office use its own T1 line.  To do this, you would need to use CLI, as this can't be configured with CCA.  You would need to use COR lists to direct users out their corresponding T1 line.

Thank you,

Darren
