We have a quasi-hot desk environment where users do move around a lot. We also have TAPI enabled through the Cisco Toolbar. Generally when users move desk they take their phones with them so that's not much for a problem, but the issue is I cannot get computers to unregister with the UC560 - so when I change settings in the toolbar, I get an error that the user is already logged on to the phone system on another PC elsewhere (aka their old computer)
How can I get a PC to deregister with the UC560 so I can reconnect them on the right one?
