UC560 Transfer to ext from AA doesn't forward external

Hi,

When you call the AA and transfer to extension it doesnt forward to the external cell listed and instead transfers to voicemail. It works if you call the extension directly but not when transfering from AutoAttendant. I searched through the documentation and only found allowing external transfers but we are also worried about users making unwanted calls. If anyone could help brainstorm and let me know any ideas on where to look or what changes to make would be greatly appreciated.

UC560 Transfer to ext from AA doesn't forward external

We had to associate the extension to a mailbox and it then started working.
