UCX320 w/FXO Lines delay before hearing ringback

When making an outbound call there is about a 5-6 second delay before you hear ringback when calling outbound via FXO

Called SBSC and they said they have to escalate to development.

Any recommendations to remove this delay?

Running the latest firmware on UC320 2.1.1(7)

Hi Mario,

This can occur when the system is configured as 10 digit dial plan, but the user only enters 7 digits to dial out.

If this is occuring too frequent, you can switch to 7 digit dial plan with the area code for the business' area code.

They are in a 10 digit dialing area and are used to dialing the full 10 digits.
