Unable To Get Admin Access To SPA508G

We are running the UC320W and we have one SPA508G connected to it. When we try to access the phone via the web all works ok until we try to access the "Admin Login." We then get "403 Forbidden!."

There is no option on the phone to allow admin web access.

Can someone please help?

Hi Rashid,

When the SPA508 is connected to the UC320W you will not be able to administer it via the web page.  All administration for the phone will take place through the UC320W Web GUI.
