Good Evening. I have been attempting to login to a customer's UC320 and have been unable to get the GUI to come up. I am able to pull up the site, it brings up the splash screen with the progress bar, but the login page never shows up. One thing I notice is that the page tile mentions the firmware upgrade utility. It almost appears that the UC320 is still doing a firmware upgrade. It has not been accessible for months so I cannot tell what firmware version is on it currently. It has been restarted many times and still nothing works.
Has anybody come across this issue? If so, how has it been resolved?
