Unified CallConnector- Dial Plan how-to?

I just installed Unified CallConnector in our Windows XP, make call with internal number was OK, but when try dial any other number such Local, Local Plus, National, National Plus..., which I have defined with UC520 I always get busy tone.

It seem that wrong information with Unified CallConnector with Dial Plan setting : There are "Windows Dialling Rule" and "Number Pattern"

Please help to give sample of setting these option for

Call local number such 5111111 with Second Dial Tone 9

Call national number such 240-5111111 with Second Dial Tone 9

Are you using the UCC client in personal mode or with the UCC server?

I currently just use UCC in personal mode only

Go to Start > Control Panel > Phone and modem options

On the General Tab, click edit and enter your area code, and enter 9 in the 2 boxes for local and long distance calls.  For international calls, enter 9011.
