Hi:
Can anyone tell me why or how to fix an issue with the Cisco UC500. We are getting an unknown SIP Registration message from the Cisco UC500. I don't even have the '6782367070' programmed anywhere in UC500. So, I don't how it is sending out this SIP Register message to our network.
Thanks,

Check you UC and look at the config (CLI) under sip-ua, or in CCA under Telephony -> Trunks -> SIP Trunks
Good Luck

Check the below:
show sip-ua registar status
Does the 678xxxxxxx number show up there? If so what is the peer tag value associated to it? Based on that it maybe config under "sip-ua" or an extension (ephone-dn). Are you sure this DID was never added in via CCA (or CLI) for a hunt group or main caller ID etc.
