Users cannot pickup calls on their phones when the main line is ringing
New UC560 setup. All seemed to be working when I left yesterday, but I got a report that since after hours last night, users were not able to pickup calls from their phones when the main lines (multiple appearances on reception phones with the main number for the site) were ringing even though the users don't even have appearances of the main line on their phones.
I don't know if it's an after hours issue or if it's still happening now. I won't be able to test until I get onsite shortly. Any ideas?
