Using Video Advantage with UC560 causes disabled external call option

Hi there

We installed a UC560 for a client and all worked well.  When we ran video advantage on the PC, it worked well. Recognised the phone, and worked fine. However if we have cideo advatbeg open on the PC and try to make a standard outside call we get the engaged tone.  When video advatage is shut down it works fine.

Is this normal?
