VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE is not recognised

Hi all,

I installed the card "VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE =" in the UC560

I restarted the UC560.

It is not recognised.

There is a special procedure to make it recognize?

Hi Thierry,

can you do a "sh diag" on the command line please?

Also if you are willing to, upload your configuration in TXT format (Please don't post it directly to the forum) so we can see if the right commands are in there.

But first run the above command and also maybe even "sh ver" both of them would be useful and you can post them directly here.

By the way, are you using CCA or Command Line to work on the system?

It was my defects card. After an provider  exchange, everything works.
