VIC3-4FXS/DID - Inbound not working

Outbound works great.

Inbound - not at all.

UC 560 - SP 8.0.2 (15.0(1)XA2)

I used GUI which populated this:

voice-port 0/2/1

station-id name xxx6503238

station-id number 3238

caller-id enable

I added this:

dial-peer voice 151 pots

description Acctg Fax

destination-pattern 3238

port 0/2/1

no sip-register

I watch the inbound call come in on PRI, but it disconnects.

Suggestions?

If you call it internally does it work with cisco phone does it work?

I swapped the faxes to the onboard FXS, which didn't help.

I noticed inbound calls to phones didn't work either.

I set up the inbound translation pattern for DID 3200 - 3239 and that fixed the problem, which includes the faxes, but at that point they were on the onboard FXS so don't know if that would have fixed the VIC3 issue or not.
