After performing an upgrade to software pack 8.0.4 on a UC520, we are expierencing some VM issues with certain users.
One mailbox in particular was using the alternate greeting when the upgrade was performed. After the upgrade, the user tried to turn back on their recorded standard greeting but the system was stating that the standard greeting was the system greeting.
When they try to re-record a personal greeting for the standard greeting, the system allowed them to record the message but when they hit #, the system states "This system is temporarily unable to complete your call. Please call back later". Then hangs up.
The only way to get a non-system greeting is to re-record the alternate greeting, which it lets you do, and set the greeting to that.
