I have an Auto Attendant where after the caller has tried to contact someone, it is supposed to go to the the voicemail of the front desk. Instead a standard prompt comes up and says you were being forwarded to the mailbox. This is not how we designed it.
I'm not sure I can follow your programming intent. There is a standard prompt that is played whenever you select a menu item in AA that results in a transfer to another endpoint. You should be able to have a menu entry to transfer to any phone or any phone's voicemail box. You should also be able to program a phones Call Forward BNA to voicemail.
