Voicemail polices on UC520/Unity Express

Morning all,

I just recently deployed a UC520 for a customer and they have a request. Since they are limited in physical phones they want to assign other end user extensions to two phones that already have a primary line assigned to them but they want to be able to select the line and hit the messages button to check their voicemail. Unity Express kicked back a message and wouldn't allow them too because of the security policies? Can this be adjusted?
