One follow-up question before generating the template. Which voice codec is preferred? G711alaw, as for UC320? For UC500, we recommend configuring a single voice codec to avoid any renegotiation of codecs on different call legs that may be hairpinned.
We support all 3 codecs. We normally recommend G711alaw or G711ulaw as G729 its a compressed codec. When we did the testing the first codec that has been negotiated was G711alaw, so I will probbly ask you to stick with that.
