want to add waiting msg and call options

hello every one this is my first time here

i run a small business and we just oped another shop

all i have is cisco spa525g i would like to add an options for the callers

like press 1 for branch 1 and 2 for branch 2 and i would like to have waiting msg

i called couple a companies but they ask for big money and minimum charge which is alot for me

what do i need to have this kind of service for my business

Phone is just phone. Complex services, like IVR and waiting msg, are provided by a PBX.

You can buy it, but it require "big money" - you know.

Or you need  a PC (cheap one), a free unix-like OS running of them (costs nothing) and Asterisk PBX (costs nothing as well). Then you can implement any service you wish. Of course, there are no free lunches - it require a lot of knowledge from you. Knowledge can save you a big money - not just in this case.

still better that you do 5 years contract plus alot ofhidden fees with one of the companies
