What time today will the new software packs be released?

Just wondering if there is an ETA on the software pack release for the UC5xx.  I saw that it was supposed to be released today but wanted to verify.

Looks like the locale packs are up.  Getting there.

It is a little confusing with the release date of the newest software pack and it's locales are Dec 19, 2010.
