do anyone knows whats the best option (technology and equipment) to create a call manager for at most 100 phones?

we need also that the central phone number is in the US?

Hi

You can either use ISR G2 and Run CME on that. Some ISR G2 will support 100 Ip phone

Also you can opt for CUMBE 3000
