why any softphone not register from internet

I have one spa 9000. I want to register any softphone from interenet.

Hi Sir,

The SPA9000 has two modes, one to register users in it WAN port and another to register the Users in the LAN port.

If you are using the extensions on the LAN port, the only way to do that is using a VPN to be in the same LAN of the extensions.
